Today’s carspotting post, which we came across over at The Oldie But Goodie, is a little different, in that, despite our best efforts, we couldn’t pin down a location or date or even a source, but it was too good to pass up. The license plates should be a giveaway, we thought, especially with the stacked letters on the left side and white-on-blue color scheme, but if any states used that configuration in the mid- to late 1950s, we haven’t yet come across them. So tell us what you see here, and maybe that’ll help us attach some context to it.
